Fingerprint unlock is not working.

Our app provides two methods to turn off the screen:

When the screen is turned off using Device Administrator permission, the next unlock can only be done using a pattern, PIN, or password — fingerprint unlock will not work.

When the screen is turned off using Accessibility permission, fingerprint unlock will still be available next time.

If you grant Accessibility permission to our app, you'll be able to unlock the screen using your fingerprint even after locking it with a fingerprint.

Here’s how to enable Accessibility permission



1. Click [Accessibility Service].

2. Read the contents carefully and if you agree, click [Agree].

3. Allow accessibility permissions.

저희 앱에서는 2가지 방식으로 화면끄기를 제어하고 있습니다. 1]. 관리자권한으로 화면끄기를 한 경우 다음번 잠금해제시 지문잠금 대신 패턴이나 PIN등으로만 잠금을 해제할 수 있습니다. 2]. 접근성 권한으로 화면끄기의 경우 다음번에도 지문으로 잠금해제가 가능합니다. 저희앱에 접근성 권한을 부여해주시면 지문으로 화면잠금 후에도 지문으로 잠금해제가 가능 합니다. 접근성 권한 부여방법은 다음과 같습니다. 1. [접근성 서비스] 를 클릭합니다. 2. 화면에 나온 주의사항을 읽어보시고 동의하시면 [동의]를 클릭합니다. 3. [설치된 앱]을 클릭합니다. (삼성기기 기준이며, 제조사마다 용어가 다를 수 있습니다.) 4. [!슬립타이머 치지지 👍 ]를 찾습니다. 5. 권한을 허용합니다.
